Empowering individuals with essential skills and personalised support for career advancement opportunities

Employment Support

Our Employability Programmes are dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable job market. By focusing on the unique challenges faced by low-income workers, and candidates who may be considered unemployable – particularly those from disadvantaged and marginalised groups, we aim to bridge the gap between unemployment and sustainable employment.

Our expertise lies in engaging with individuals who often fall outside the scope of conventional employment support services such as mothers with young children, carers, first-time jobseekers with language barriers and victims of domestic abuse.

Navigating Employment Challenges

Tailor-made Assistance – We understand that the path to employment is riddled with multifaceted challenges. From language barriers to lack of qualifications and experience, we provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances, equipping them with the tools and confidence to overcome these hurdles.
